Delete your account and data

• Account data: your name, email address and sign-in credentials for your Rankateer account.
• Workspace data: the websites you add, the pages Rankateer crawls on them, keywords, opportunities, recommendations and measurement results.
• Connected account data: if you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics or Meta, we store the connection details and the data those services return (search performance, analytics, advertising results).
• Advertising data: if you use the Meta Traffic feature, we store your selected Meta business assets and the campaign results Meta reports back to us.

Email support@rankateer.com from the email address on your Rankateer account and ask us to delete your account and data. Include the website address of the workspace if you have more than one. We verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting anything, so we may reply with a short confirmation question.

• Your account, profile and sign-in access are deleted.
• Your workspace is deleted, including crawled page data, keywords, opportunities, recommendations, measurement results and stored connection details.
• Stored access tokens for connected services (Google, Meta) are deleted. The connections stop working immediately.
• Records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons — for example proof of a subscription payment — are retained only as long as required, then deleted.

Deleting your Rankateer account does not remove anything from Google or Meta. To revoke Rankateer's access entirely, also remove it from your Google account permissions and from Meta Business integrations. Revoking access there stops all data sharing immediately.

We process deletion requests as quickly as we can. Once deletion is complete, the data is gone and cannot be recovered, so make sure you have exported anything you want to keep before requesting it.
