Who is responsible for the service
Rankateer is an independently operated software service offered under the Rankateer name. Rankateer is the public product and operating name; this policy does not claim a separate incorporated Rankateer entity, registered office or company registration.
Your account
When you create an account we store your name and email address so we can sign you in and contact you about your subscription. We do not sell this information or share it for advertising.
Connected Google accounts
If you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, we access only the data needed to analyse your visibility — search performance and website analytics for the properties you choose. Connections use Google OAuth, the access details are stored securely on our servers, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account or from Rankateer.
Meta and advertising data
If you connect a Meta Business account for the Meta Traffic feature, we access only the advertising assets you explicitly select — your ad account, Facebook Page and Instagram identity. We use this to prepare traffic campaigns and to read back the results Meta reports (such as spend, impressions and clicks) after a campaign you approved is running. We never change your campaigns, budgets or targeting without your explicit approval, and connections use Meta's official login flow — we never see your Facebook or Instagram password. You can revoke access at any time from your Meta Business integrations settings.
Website data
Rankateer crawls the public pages of the websites you add so it can analyse content, structure and technical issues.
Cookies
Rankateer uses only the essential browser storage and cookies needed to keep you signed in and the app working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Workspace isolation
Your data is scoped to your workspace and is not exposed to other customers.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. See Data deletion for how deletion works, or email support@rankateer.com with any privacy request.
Retention and deletion
You can request deletion of your workspace data at any time — see Data deletion. Records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons are retained only as long as required.
